1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping to all counties within Kenya. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.

Note: Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Please contact us if you're unsure about delivery to your location.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. You will be notified of the expected delivery timeframe at the time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions. If you're purchasing an item that can't be shipped to your location, you'll be notified during the checkout process.

6. International Shipping

We currently only ship within Kenya. Please check back later for international shipping options or contact us for special arrangements.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

For lost packages, please allow up to 5 business days after the expected delivery date before reporting. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes, but please note that delivery times may be longer than to physical addresses.
